This is a compact canister vacuum, small and light so I found it useful when walking up and down stairs. The suction power is good, but the rubber could be better. I was able to pick up the dirt as well as a few random hairs around my house that my other vacuum couldn't pick up. A real canister fits in a quart-sized bag, so I had to empty the bag frequently. Three nozzles are included: a carpet nozzle that works on most messes, although it's not easy to remove from the tube; The angled tube is easy to remove as it doesn't have a locking mechanism, so it needs to be pushed in firmly to stay in place. and finally the brush, which is good for sofas and plush. The cord should coil up when you press the button, but if the cord tangles even a little bit, it will get stuck. So the retreat to it is not very strong. Overall, despite the small problem areas, this is a very good device for the price that gets the job done where it's needed.
