What I didn't like is that absolutely no one has fittings that go from your factory lines to the 1/2" fittings on the radiator even though the factory lines line up perfectly with the radiator . let me save some time Quick release thread GM 9/16-18unf. I got a 1/2 x 1/4 brass bushing, cut the inside to 9/16-18 and enlarged that for the o-ring as well. Factory lines now fit. Absolut has come a long way, but with no changes to standard transmission lines. The cooler seemed to lower the temperature by about 50Β°. Sea trials have begun, so far absolutely no leaks. The biggest mistake was reusing GM quick couplers. Be sure to replace them. After dismantling, they will leak. EVERY auto parts store has them for a reason.
