Good plumbing in general. They arrived in good condition and come with all the parts needed for installation including wall anchors, screws, wall plates and a wrench to tighten the mounting plates. The biggest problem though: one side of the towel rail was too big to fit in the holder. I had to give this end a concave shape to fit the mount. As I was pounding it, the paint on the rod came off VERY easily. Luckily this is easily covered up with black marker, but I'm worried about future scratches and dents. It annoyed me that I had to alter it to even fit. The second issue is that the kit comes with absolutely no instructions, so I hope you're good at finding creative solutions to problems. It seemed pretty obvious to me, but I also have basic knowledge and experience with fixes. I believe that for someone without that experience it will be very difficult to figure out how to install and mount these things on their wall. Finally, I recommend having your own basic tools to install them. You will need a hammer, an N2 Phillips screwdriver (or a drill with the appropriate bits), a tape measure and a spirit level. I also have heavy wall anchors, but I suspect this isn't strictly necessary; I'm just paranoid. It also helps to have another person to help.
