I bought this watch as an upgrade from my Amazfit Bip S (two units actually as I thought it was a defect). I had high hopes but was very disappointed. While I could regularly go 3 weeks on a single charge with my Bip S, I was only able to get by with this device for 2.5 days with the same usage and no constant display. I understand the GTS 2 has different hardware which results in more battery drain, but I was hoping to get at least 5 days as most video reviews say this is the standard. While I felt the screen was better, this watch offered few extras to justify three times the cost of the Bip S. Bluetooth calls worked, but I prefer not to use the speakerphone to let everyone nearby can hear my conversation. Note that this watch can only receive calls and cannot dial a number, so it wasn't particularly useful to me. Almost every watch, including the Bip S, can take a call through a headset or handset. Replying to messages would be more helpful, but this watch can't do that. When using a third-party phone app, the Bip S can at least send quick replies. This is also not possible with this device due to its "more complex" firmware. The watch I bought was advertised with Alexa built in, but apparently didn't have it, and support said it was still a work in progress - six months after launch. . This in itself wasn't an obstacle for me, but the false advertising didn't improve my experience with this watch. What was a deal breaker was the inability to download music onto the device. This feature is definitely present in the watch, but my transfers were often interrupted and I spent an hour and a half just downloading five songs. Without built-in music storage, this watch is overpriced considering the GTS 2 mini is almost half the price and has everything but built-in music storage. This watch also lacks a camera remote, which is amazing considering a $30 watch with this feature is available from Revain. At this price point and with a battery that actually lasts 2-3 days, this watch falls short. For the same price or a little more, you can get a Fitbit Versa (2 or 3), Samsung Galaxy Active, Samsung Watch (refurbished), Ticwatch (various models), and several other WearOS devices. All of these other devices have more features and functionality than this GTS 2 and it's the best way to spend $150-$200. If you don't need a full-featured smartwatch and just want to receive notifications, choose the Bip S, Bip U Pro or GTS 2 mini. They are much cheaper and have better battery life. As for me, I'm going to switch to Fitbit.
