It was a great purchase. I definitely recommend level 4 over level 3. We considered getting a Tot Tudor shelf but I wasn't a fan of the cheap MDF construction which could potentially harm a small child. I'm very glad we chose this one. Pluses: - Educational building. The four-tier model is equipped with additional lower supports to prevent tipping. This is not the case in level 3. The bars are very securely fixed to the sides, do not dangle or dangle. The materials last a lifetime. The plastic used on the sides appears to be almost identical to that used in Little Tikes so not only could my kids not ruin it but years later it could be used in my garage for storing tools, dog toys and whatever else we might need. . Design: The bins are perfect for my little 10 month old baby to choose toys. They are easy to remove. We just pull out some baskets and he plays with toys and he likes the baskets too. He can easily stand next to the shelf and pick out toys. - No sharp edges: the plastic is very smooth and rounded, including the bottom supports. No bruised toes, scrapes etc from walking in. Cons: - Smaller containers only hold about a gallon of milk, so fill up quickly. There are also more small containers than large ones. You need 4-tier storage to get bigger containers. Price: Definitely one of the most expensive memories of this type, but as expected, it is at a kindergarten level. Bottom line: Definitely recommend this to anyone with young children who wants safe storage that will last. My little fella is quite short and occasionally bangs his head on the bars which can be a little sharp on the bottom edge. I put Edge Armor on him, that's the gray stuff you see in the pictures.
