The ease in which it integrates with Salesforce is great! I was able to set up my account within minutes (and without any prior experience).

It's easy for our sales reps who are not tech savy at all but still need access to their data from anywhere they go - even outside work hours when we're out traveling or attending conferences etc.. There isn't anything really wrong about this tool other than perhaps some minor UI issues here & there. We've been using vya since its inception as an internal CRM solution back around 2013/2014 timeframe so have had plenty of opportunity to grow into more complex features like email automation / nurture campaigns over those years.
