I was skeptical but now I believe

At work I spend about 50 hours a week on the computer. For the first time in my life I had migraines. My boss thought it might be blue light and advised me to buy computer glasses. I was very skeptical (my nature) but started investigating. I bought this clip on style from PROSPEK as I wear prescription glasses. It took me a while to get used to the yellow hue, but I was pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness. I can't say the glasses got rid of the migraines, but they passed. (I've done a few other things to treat migraines.) These computer glasses are well made and I don't hesitate to wear them on a Zoom call!
