Cute shirt, tight sleeves!
Shirt is cute. No stretch. Fits well but the sleeves are supposed to be puff sleeves. They are not puff sleeves. They are skin tight cotton lace and are scratchy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately I cannot wear this blouse and will pass it to a friend.
