Picture shows size up to 28 inches Absolutely not correct! Luckily when it has grown to 22 inches. Do not take if you need more than 22 inches! Lots of screws. Instructions in Japanese. You should use Google Image Translator or rely on images and hope it works. Part of the leg is missing so it cannot be lifted. I'm waiting for an answer to that. Not sure how durable it will be. The time will show.
