Review on 👔 Strong and Stylish: SlideBelts Men's Golf Ratchet Belt for All Occasions by Sam Pullen

I really like this belt. The bronze buckle looks very stylish with black leather. The ratchet is comfortable and doesn't make much noise when empty, unlike other designs like military belts where the locking mechanism chimes without the belt holding it in place. The ratchet system is very noisy when you pull the strap through the buckle in the normal way, but you can silently tighten the strap if you hold the buckle lever while adjusting (then essentially pull on the buckle as if you're trying to pull the To loosen the strap, pull the strap through the buckle) . I liked this belt so much I bought a second one, a mocha leather one with a silver buckle so I could swap out the buckles for any belt. Note: buckle not included. This is because the belt comes in size 48 with markings on the back where you need to cut it to fit. If you don't know your belt size, it's probably your pants waist + 2 (i.e. if your pants have a 34 by 36 waist cut on the back of the belt, there are odd number markings on the belt because what and ) . I used standard 8" utility scissors to cut through the leather, it took a bit but I got the job done. I wouldn't recommend using small scissors. SlideBelt's policy is that if you make a mistake and cut it too short, they will send you a new belt (without the buckle). I haven't had to use this policy personally, but it's nice that they have an offer like this.
