Don't waste money.
Even if you measure their feet and use the size chart, the shoes will be oversized and unpredictable. I bought two sizes of the same shoe and they were the same length. I used the chart to purchase the first pair, bought 2 sizes smaller and the shoes were the same size! Neither of these worked for my daughter.
