I have ordered them 3 times over the years. They're still in great shape, although I'm rough on them. The white coating did not come off. I tend to bend part of the hook when I take them out of the wash to hang clothes overnight in different places (bathroom, louvered folding doors in hallway, car, etc.). Me and my clothes are ALWAYS on the run, and those lightweight, very long, wire hangers on the shoulders stand up to a lot of careless handling. I just added about 35 more hangers to my closet (due to running out of drawer space). I wish I knew how to upload a photo to show you the incredible amount of space these wire hangers offer on your clothes rail versus thick plastic hangers. It's no exaggeration to say that 35 of these hangers fit in a few inches of space, compared to a foot or so of space taken up by traditional plastic hangers. I keep a small supply of plastic hangers with slots at the top for hanging sleeveless tops etc. But I always bend wire hangers into a silly shape to hold sleeveless tops on the hanger. And then bend the wire hanger back to where it belongs! You may be shocked at how quickly you'll use 50 hangers. Yes!
