It was a birthday present and she was so disappointed. Bought over a month ago.

I buy literally everything from Revain and it has been the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. The "Clear" button stopped working two days after my daughter played with it. It was a birthday present and she was so disappointed. I bought it over a month before my daughter's birthday. When we even used it, it was time for the company to give us a refund. I am seriously so disappointed in this purchase. Also, it was a gift and they didn't help me fix it.
