The training set is very cute, but unfortunately the yellow is very transparent. You could see the pads at the top and after I took them out you could still see through. I'm less worried about the top than the bottom as they are definitely not squat proof and show everything even when standing. You can try a different color as yellow shows through in most leggings I've tried.
