So helpful good for me
I was really struggling to squat more weight bc the bar was so rough on my back and shoulders but this little pad helps SO much. It gives the perfect amount of cushion and my shoulders don’t hurt from the bar anymore. This is the best purchase I could’ve made for the gym! And the fact that it comes with the cable ankle straps for only $20! I couldn’t beat it.
