Review on Pentagon 83-DT5493 Heavy Duty Tool, 55-Gallon Drum Dolly, Single, Silver by John Love

Great, except. for handling tools

This block is very strong. Good workmanship and materials. But (t) the designer needs to double check his measurements. Wheel bolts are too long. The ones supplied are 16mm and when the locknut is tightened to hold the assembly together there is about 3.5-4mm protruding from the top of the locknut. DAS is enough that it interferes with the wheel assembly and doesn't allow it to spin as intended. VERY Limited Turn! If you're trying to insert the screws from the bottom, you're better off with a deep steel barrel than a 55-gallon blue plastic water barrel! If it's plastic these bolt ends will pierce it when the barrel is full and now have about 500 pounds on them! If not, I guarantee it will wear out in a short time. Just ordered some replacement 12mm bolts which work great but we didn't have to buy anything that wasn't included! IS THIS just bad design or has "cheapness" crept in from using the wrong screws that cost less?

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
