I installed the drive in minutes. I made the mistake of paying for the updated version with Nero 12. I received a demo that WON'T PLAY BLU-RAY DISCS! Save money and buy just the drive. When Nero didn't recognize the disc I thought "Shame on me." I upgraded to the full version of Nero which, SHOCKED, also doesn't support the LG drive. In the end I paid 39€. more for a product called VideoSolo that works great. Again, good drive, easy to install, no working software from this manufacturer. Apparently LG has a deal with Cyberlink. I have not and could not get Cyberlink. $130 for me. The total wasn't bad for copyright software and HD playback, but I figured the disc would cover half of it. Now you know.
