I needed a longer cable to charge my new iPad. The cable that connects to my iPad is about 1 foot long, so I wanted to use a longer charging cable for my bed. It worked fine for ONE day. The next day I plugged it in but it didn't charge my iPad. I recently bought an extension cord so I thought the extension cord had failed so I unplugged the extension cord, plugged in a new extension cord and same problem. I connected the original cable to this strip and to my iPad and it still doesn't work. I'm sending it back and buying a different brand.
