Review on Methven Aio Handheld Shower Chrome by Jaime Pulley

I bought 2 of these. According to my contractor who remodeled my house, they look very nice. HOWEVER, she told me that the device required a "thermostatic valve" which was not included. The absence of this component essentially renders the shower block useless. We have contacted several plumbing wholesalers and retailers. But they all told us that since this showerhead is made in New Zealand, they can't supply us with anything that might work. In the meantime, the bathroom renovation has come to a standstill. I have sent an email to the manufacturer. I hope you can offer me a solution. Otherwise I will send the devices back and have to buy something else. I don't know why you can buy stuff on AMAZON that doesn't have all the necessary parts to make something work?! I will re-rate the stars if the manufacturer or seller comes up with an acceptable solution.
