Sturdy, like the handle, but a little heavy

I like the bag, but it's a bit heavy and small. I was hoping I wouldn't need my purse anymore, but I do need it. The bag fits my laptop, power cord, notepad, phone charger, etc., but pretty much keeps it all without bulging or opening. I'm getting used to it, but I don't know if this is a long-term option. My shoulders suffer from two pockets with all my "stuff".
