Review on Winware Winco ALXP 1826 Sheet Aluminum by Dee Parson

I don't bake very much but I use them to transport large cuts of meat from the kitchen to the grill and back. I also use it to season meat as it has a larger surface area and will trap more spice making it easier to clean up later. Really strong, but pay attention to the dimensions as it's quite large (it's a full leaf). So it definitely won't fit in a standard domestic oven (at least not mine). This makes cleaning a little awkward, but I get it outside with dish soap, a brush, and a hose. I used to wash it in the kitchen sink but my sink is smaller so I accidentally poured dirty water all over myself, the kitchen counter and the kitchen floor. So it was fun. I had no idea how much it could help transport large cuts of meat and just get a lot of work done in the kitchen really well. I use it to prepare vegetables and put everything on a tray and I can put everything together on the table outside. Makes cooking a lot more organized as I can fit everything I need on one tray. I have no idea where I'll keep it, but for now it's sitting above my fridge and will most likely stay there.
