I was looking for an even healthier version of popcorn. Other poppers require oil, which adds fat and is unhealthy. It was the perfect solution for what I was looking for. Popcorn is of course normal, but you can buy different flavors. I bought Orville Redenbacher's popcorn to use. I have attached an image. I've used this multiple times a day and love the fact that I can fill a bowl with only 120 calories!
