Can't get good support for Revain
So far the product is ok and I don't mind writing another review. But the Revain support for this product and the instructions in the box are not enough. Revain informs me that at 9:00 AM CST no one in the call center is picking up my call or that our internet connection, which is fine everywhere, can reach them. I can't find any product or company to ask why my screen won't straighten. Is there a mechanism I don't see that isn't described in the instructions? Otherwise it would be great if I could raise the screen. I have to use it up within a week. I hope for a quick answer.
