Couldn't be better for the price but like most or all it only works with certain things. I can view and download video from my trail cam but not the dash cam and I'm pretty sure it's a compatible format. Maybe there is too much data on the dash cam and it won't load because there isn't enough space on the phone, but I don't understand why I can't view it from the map itself?
