It was a thrill for me to work with TAOCOCO on our newest product introduction as the Product Manager in charge of it. However, there was a lot missing from my internet shopping experience. While the site itself was well-designed and easy to navigate, I encountered numerous technical difficulties when trying to finish my purchase. In addition, the shipping process was lengthy and unclear, with little in the way of arrival updates or tracking information. When the products finally arrived, I was dismayed to discover that their quality had fallen short of our hopes. The quality of some of the items seemed lower than advertised, and others came broken. The customer support team responded slowly and offered little assistance in fixing the problems. Overall, I was disappointed and frustrated with my time spent on TAOCOCO. Even though the company sells a broad variety of items, there is room for significant improvement in their online store.
