This is in addition to my initial review which I submitted when I first received this hair dryer around 9th March 21 (I really liked it at the time ). Today is May 8th, 21st and as I dried my hair on medium speed I heard her switch to a higher blow speed. I turned it off and on again and it started smoking. I use it in about a day. I called Revain and they will do nothing but tell the manufacturer. I told them if I buy it from Target I bet they will take it back. ORIGINAL REVIEW IS NO LONGER VALID My hair is not long but is a bit curly and difficult to dry evenly. With this straightener it's easy to dry thoroughly and I can get straight or wavy instead of a combination of both. And I don't have to use a curling iron or flat iron. I had no idea what to expect from this hair dryer but I'm glad I bought it.
