I received my chair the other day and I am very satisfied! I had some problems building it, but this company helped me tremendously! From answering emails and text messages, they helped me and showed me what I needed to do. My biggest problem was not being able to get the hydraulics to work. By sending pictures of what I was doing, they were able to show me I installed it the wrong way round. So everything fixed and started!
