These are TIGHTS, not leggings.
Those are tights! They are high waisted and very tight (I had to help an 8 year old put them on. They look like tights. The first time I washed them the seams on my butt started fraying. Wouldn't buy them again. Had to wear them will they under a skirt.
- I gave it to my granddaughter and she really liked it.
- Came without a skirt.
