First, it only works wirelessly. I tried plugging it into a USB port and it just charges. As far as I can tell there is no way to get the image to work on a computer. Another thing is that I would like there to be a way to tell what is up and what is down. It's annoying having to look at this thing from the side and adjust it every time you put it on the stand. Also remember that there is a cap on the bottom of the lenses so you don't have to worry about dust getting on the lens. Be careful when removing the bottom cover as you may be able to remove it completely. The zoom feature is nice, but honestly it doesn't give you too much room to work if you use it like I do. I wanted something I could enlarge for soldering, but that doesn't give me enough room for it. At the same time, it copes well with the rise, to take a closer look. I tried it out on my keyboard, and wow, there's some junk I would never have seen without this thing. The stand is good but a bit cheap. You have to pull hard to keep it from falling. The clip snaps on fairly easily while still giving you plenty of room to adjust your focus. One of my biggest complaints is the app. You cannot search for it using the instructions provided. You need to scan the QR code to access the app. Another thing is that this device takes over your wifi on your phone or tablet. So if you connect to it, you will no longer have a network connection. Overall this is a good magnifier, I just wish you could plug it in with a cable and also that you had a little more space between the camera and the microscope to actually work on something.
