wrong battery wrong people to order from

My thoughts are the battery are very good it's just the complete long size especially when I did in fact know which battery I wanted and clicked on the correct ones but finding out that I can't get back to these people to get my money back or an exchange battery The battery is going to end up being junk to me it's going to sit around cuz I have no place to put it cuz it's too big I really wish these people would look at what I order thank you
