I am new to cycling and looked at a bunch of helmets before buying this one. My main use of my bike is for commuting within a few miles of my home town and for exercising on the local bike path. This helmet is perfect for those needs. I'm happy with the fit and look, and the built-in light adds extra security. I have a fairly large head - I wear a 7 and 5/8 fitted hat so I was concerned if it would be big enough. It fits my head well and offers room. The adjustable headband ensures a good fit. I've used this helmet for 3 rides and so far it's great.
