Defrost meat easily, conveniently and effectively.
I used this to thaw a packet of frozen chicken thighs. It worked great! It was great to have a spot for the chicken where the tray would collect the liquids so there was no mess all over the grate. It defrosted the chicken in less time than just putting it on the plate, but I wouldn't say cut the time in half. The tray is easy to clean and comes with tongs and a silicone sponge. The price was a lot cheaper than some of the swap bowls I looked at. I am very happy with my purchase.
