Good concept but noisy

I like the rotating fan concept because it circulates the air in the room. Here's the problem: I opened the box, started the fan and immediately noticed an annoying (high-pitched) knock at half a turn. This renders the fan unusable when you are in the same room. This should be detected at the final quality control during production (simply turn on the fan for five seconds). I will return the fan and ask for another one. This is a good product with no rattles.
