The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first one had to be returned due to a large hole in the lid. The return process was completely painless and flawless. The replacement came 2 days later. However, the metal straw was bent. However, it still works, so I didn't ask for another replacement. I can live with a bent metal straw. Now about the awesomeness of this mug. Holds a pot and a half of ice cream! My colleagues are appalled. I have a 2010 Ford Escape. It doesn't fit in the driver's side cup holder, but oddly enough, it does fit in the passenger's side cup holder. It's tight, but doesn't fit or tilt. Sun exposure works well. It keeps my coffee cold all day when I want iced coffee and hot when I don't want it. I personally love this shop. It's worth the price I paid, even with the curved straw. Also when I entered the office with this cup. The look on my colleagues' faces is priceless.
