It took me quite a long time to be successful. I'm a tall male (5ft 10in / 245) in my 50's with bad legs. I wear 12-12.5 because I ordered 13. The high arches are killing me and my high instep prevents me from putting my feet in most types of mules and sandals. These mules work.
