I have used bamboo charcoal bags in the past with mixed results. However, these bags are excellent. They have a pleasant, mild scent and an excellent ability to absorb odors in your home environment. They are great for removing pet/pet odors as well as cooking odors that linger overnight. Make sure you leave the bags in the sun for about an hour or two on each side each week so they release any lingering odors and can then be used over and over again. Really great product. I loved the metal hooks that come with the kit - they make it a lot easier to place bags in the most effective spots to remove odors. Highly recommended.
