Epson printer not recognized even though all online tools have been tried. It wasn't descriptive enough to explain what specific Epson printer they were going to work with. It says Personal 2850 which I have but there are several different 2850 models and they don't work in my C614B model which is printed on the bottom of the printer. I think they should be more specific in their setup description log. Now I have no price for 2 boxes 212XL 4pk and 1 black box 212XL 2pk. What a waste because I bought them right after buying the printer so I can have them when the time comes. The time has come, the printer didn't recognize it, now the return time is over. I will never buy Epson again and order ink after sale, always a problem. Have done it before. I don't think I've learned my lesson.
