We have a small office with a lot of sensitive information that needs to be destroyed and this machine is fantastic! It runs quietly, the shredder size is small, we can shred a lot more pages in the same amount of time than our previous machine, the security features are great and it doesn't jam! He even chews CDs, credit cards, and staples. The size of the trash can is very large and we don't need to empty it often. The only minor downside is that not all microfragments end up in the trash. The light indicator warns us that it's full, but when we open the door there's a lot of static electricity causing objects to stick inside, causing the bin and objects to fall to the ground. Apart from this aspect, we would also offer this product to other companies. We hope this machine will last for many years.
