Perfect for hot flashes!
I am taking a medication for menopause. Hot flashes were really unbearable and uncomfortable at work. I leave it plugged into my computer so I can turn it on quickly if it occurs. It is very quiet and has a very good airflow. Cools me down faster than sticking my head in the freezer!
