We've used them in past (initiatives) for several projects, they are extremely knowledgeable regarding program design & implementation as well have very solid technical expertise - if you need assistance or advice when developing your toolkit their team really does take pride about delivering quality products that perform at high levels across numerous platforms/ environments throughout our environment(s).

I like that they can be customized for my organization, so we have control over how our software works! The support team are super helpful as well. There doesn't seem to be much in terms of training options available (we've had people who were just getting started using some specific features). We used this tool during one year while transitioning out of old product into new platform.
