Review on 🥤 Perky-Pet 233 Clear Instant Nectar, 8-Ounce Box (Improved Version) by Liz West

I was shocked that hummingbirds in our area wouldn't drink/eat this nectar. I thought it was exactly the same nectar as the other Perky-Pet products minus the coloring agent. We bought a second feeder so the birds always have an energy source which we filled with old red nectar and added this pure nectar to our old feeder to see what they prefer. I was in the yard for about an hour and many birds flew into the yard, hovered over the old feeder, then either flew away without even trying or flew to a new one with red nectar instead. new feeder with old nectar on the porch and made a homemade 4:1 nectar batch which I put in the old feeder and put it back where it used to be with pure nectar. Everything returned to normal within 10 minutes, 1-2 birds sat on the feeder at the same time to eat.
