They were MUCH small (despite using the size chart)

I ended up returning them and exchanging for the next size up (which turned out to be about $6 cheaper - works for me!) as they were too small despite using the size chart provided. I understand that water shoes are supposed to be snug, but I couldn't even put them on my 1 year old.
