These wireless headphones came in an elegant case and came with easy to follow instructions. After charging, they connected to my cell phone in just a few simple steps. Unfortunately, once plugged in, the interface caused the touchscreen to lose responsiveness. I disconnected and reconnected but same problem. I then tried connecting the headphones to my iPad and found that the connection could only be maintained on one device at a time. When successfully connecting to my iPad Air, I had the same touchscreen issue. Luckily they weren't very expensive, but buying something useless is still annoying. Note: My husband has successfully used these headphones with his Dell laptop, however the battery only lasts about 20 minutes. There is NO low battery warning. "Shutdown” is called and it happens.
