Overall I like this product. I've used this 12 in 1 USB hub as a laptop docking station while working from home and it fits perfectly. I also have a 9-in-1 but the reason I upgraded to 12-in-1 is because I need the ethernet option and an extra USB port. My laptop is a Dell XPS 13 and I don't have any USB ports at all so having these 4 is really awesome, the perfect amount of keyboard, mouse, mic and charger for my keyboard or phone. The 12-in-1 also has a mic/headphone jack (although my mic is USB). Pros: Extra USB-C hubs, 2 3.0 and 2 2.0 - smooth, sleek finish, not too bulky - my laptop doesn't have an ethernet port either, so it's really handy, especially during a pandemic when you sometimes need a wired connection speed up - HDMI picture is razor sharp - great customer service, Mokin is super responsive. Port - Ports are really rough, like you have to plug something into the port, especially the USB-C power input (this is common on all Mokin products).
