At first I wasn't sure how to assemble all this, but if you lay out the H-shaped pieces as they came packed in the box, It is child's play. Just compare the details with the instructions. There is a little difference in 2 of them. Some parts fit together, others require a large Phillips screwdriver. I like the storage area at the top of the shelf as well as the one hanging on the side. It is remarkably strong and comes with a wall strap to prevent tipping. All parts are metal except for the legs (plastic), the frame itself (mesh) and the hanging side shelf (material/plastic). Use the potential, although I wouldn't use it to hold heavy items (i.e. anything over 2 pounds per cubby).
