Battery life is terrible for a new phone. I used to constantly buy this model new from Best Buy so I could find out that the battery that this phone came with was dead. This is wrong. I keep having to restart it 20 times because the phone keeps saying I'm out of service even though my service is fine. After about the 15th time it finally decides to connect to my service. It's awful and I would return it if I could but Revain has a 30 day return limit which is a phone scam. updated: I've had this phone before from a major retailer and had no problems. Nonetheless, this Amazon seller appears to be selling faulty versions of the same phone. I really like this phone but it needs to be restarted as it doesn't register my SIM card although I definitely have service (my phone bill is paid). Half the time it redirects you to a firmware update screen that never fully loads. I spent 40 minutes restarting my phone hoping it would register my service to no avail. I HATE THIS PHONE.
