I like that employees can get the information they need, when they need it. I dislike that the program is not user friendly. There are a lot of steps to get to where you need to be, and everything is not laid out in a way that is easy to understand. Also, there is not enough customization available for the software. If you are looking for a simple way to schedule employees, this is a good option. It is easy to use, and it is user friendly. It is great for employees, and it helps to keep everyone on the same page.
