Cute design, good value

Pros: Looks good Fits my cat Cons: Strap does not move from the innermost position so the strap dangles out when the buckle strap is in the outermost hole. This is a pretty funny design flaw. Cats have thin necks, so use the farthest opening and end up having this problem. The material has a very strong and strange smell. I thought it would dissipate over time, but it's been a few months and I can still smell it if I put my nose to it. The cat doesn't seem to mind, but I hope it's not a weird and harmful chemical.
