High-quality, convenient and comfortable

These resistance exercise loop bands are a great idea that eliminates the need to tie regular bands into loops (and then untie when you want to use them as a straight band). It's a great timesaver!These bands appear to be made well and were a good value. They came with various levels of resistance.Overall we are very pleased with this product.

These bands are great for use in Pilates exercises, allowing users to perform a variety of deep squats and other workouts

Cons

Can be too thick for certain exercises
