I just received it and only used it once so I have to go back and renew it in a full 3 months. I have this mainly because I have facial hair on/under my chin and around my neck. exactly what we women love haha, j/k. It's so annoying. I've been using a Veet/Nair type cream once a week for years when I suddenly had a skin reaction/burn and didn't like the idea of putting chemicals on my skin for 10 minutes at a time a week x years. So I started looking for alternatives. I used one of those Finishing Touches devices but it didn't work as well as a cream and was a little painful/pulling. I stumbled across this and thought if it worked I would be so happy! Today I used it for the first time. I wasn't sure if I should start with the nape of the neck or if it would be more sensitive (I'm a pushover). So I tried on part of my lower leg first. I had it at level 1 and a cool feature that I thought was on (like it was auto-enabling). I didn't really feel anything on my feet. It's very easy! Then I tried a few chin/neck punches (I think I did about 4 or 5). I felt a bit of intense heat on my neck/chin, but only for a split second, and I could smell burning hair (which is supposedly normal). So I'll wait a day and make sure I don't have any side effects before working on the legs (should be straight lol) and moving on to the chin/neck. I'm pretty impressed overall. Oh, and besides how it works, it's such a gorgeous Tiffany blue! :)
